Position requires an energetic person with high motivation, creativity,
and ability to initiate programs, activities, and strategies to
encourage participation and leadership development of students.
Candidate must possess communication and organizational skills to work
collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students. Responsibilities
include directing a team of professionals and students to plan,
organize, and execute retreats, prayer and reflection opportunities,
service projects, drives and awareness projects/programs; assisting
with meeting the spiritual development needs of students; and working
cooperatively with community agencies. Administrative, organizational,
and public relations skills are essential, as are verbal and written
skills. Master’s degree and experience in Campus Ministry,
Religious Education or Youth Ministry required.

Summary:
Enrollment Services is the first contact that students have with the
college. This area provides a general introduction to the college and
facilitates the transition of a student to the college experience. The
Director of Enrollment Services will have the overall responsibility
for coordinating and directing services related to enrollment such as
admissions and initial academic advisement. These services shall be
coordinated in conjunction with the other Enrollment Management/SD
departments. The Director will also be responsible for overseeing the
implementation of the enrollment strategies as defined by the SEM plan.
Position also involves the supervision of full and part time employees
in the Enrollment Management area.
Qualifications:
To be considered a qualified applicant a minimum of a
Master’s Degree is required. Degree in student affairs or
related field is highly preferred. Three years or more of supervisory
experience at the assistant director level or above in admissions,
advising or enrollment services, including supervision of professional
staff, is required. Community college experience as well as supervisory
experience with unionized employees is preferred. Other Qualifications
include the ability to work independently to accomplish goals,
tremendous initiative, a high degree of creativity and excellent
communication skills.

student development (or related field) and four to six years of
progressive supervisory experience with residence life operations.
Previous judicial, budget, and facilities management experience is
required. This is a live-off campus position.
